Roberto Gargiulo was born in a bathtub in Casagiove (Italy) in 1999. From a very young age, unable to choose just one path, he began cultivating an endless array of interests that pleasantly torment him every day: from painting to music, from writing to acting to photography. He graduated with top honors in piano from the Avellino Conservatory, and in 2025 published the piano suite Krísis with Aracne Editore. He currently works as a photographer and photography teacher, is passionate about historical photographic printing processes (cyanotypes, anthotypes, pinhole), holds painting exhibitions, writes prose and poetry for various projects and online blogs (in 2024 he published the novel-essay Siamo Pazzi with Edizioni Open), is part of a theatre company, and collaborates on several multimedia projects ranging from soundtracks to music production.
