Valeria Sigal

Born in Buenos Aires in 1982, she graduated as a photographer from the Andy Goldstein School of Creative Photography in 2017.

Her photographic work focuses primarily on portraiture and the nude. Some of the conceptual themes that run through her work are fragility, finitude, and freedom. Her work pays homage to freedom and strives to break with the stereotypes that often restrict it.

She has been a winner and finalist in various photography competitions, including the National Salon of Visual Arts, the “Sara Facio” competition at the Banco Provincia Museum, LensCulture, Arte x Artes, Feminist, Fotógrafas Latam, and Fine Art Photography, among others.
